LVT uses a flexible vinyl core - softer, quieter, more comfortable to stand on. SPC uses a rigid stone-polymer blend - tougher, more dimensionally stable in extreme heat. If comfort is the priority, LVT wins. If your floor gets baked by sun through large windows, SPC is the safer pick.
LVT vs Laminate
Laminate looks good out of the box but its wood-fibre core is a liability in Dubai. Any moisture causes swelling and permanent damage. LVT is fully waterproof - no swelling, no delamination, no warping from humidity.
